Green Computing within Financial Companies

Recently I did a study about green computing. Just like I expected, energy can be reduce up to 47% with efficient programming and resource management. On other hand, to get it done may cost more in short term.

All financial companies face more or less same issue. Topics like low latency, reduce complex architecture etc are much more important for them right now. Therefore my conclusion is IT industry must be able to provide right tools and solutions to help them to reduce the energy footprint.

Within 5 years, CO2 emission will not become an issue for most financial companies.

Last and sadly, our world has split view about what is Green. This part should politician and media work more on.
Quote from a Data Center Electricity Engineer: Green Electricity is the Electricity from Poland.
