New age of information

Short version: Nobody denies that information are exploding. We never produce this much useful or unuseful information. Data expansion increases, but the way we absorb information has not changed much. We urgently need find a new way to learn, create, communicate, use and reuse this huge amount of information. The person who manage it holds the key to future.

Long version: This blog is like a drop water in sea of information,or maybe even less. The reason I am writing this is not philosophical, nor from a political point of view. I will discuss possible solutions for increase productivity by focus on input and output of information.

Divide the big problem: too much information!

People create or copy paste or blow up information. Today's or actually yesterday's technology helped them to deliver it. This will not work in future, because certain problems in the distribution channels.

Let's focus on:

  • Too much duplicated information, hard to find that small pieces information.
  • Language inefficient, we use buzz, trend, blow up rather simple things complex. Finance products for example.
  • Search engines bias and SEO abuse.
  • Social network, everybody is sharing everything.

Clearly, we know the people are root causes to every each of those points. What can we do?

Simple solution is information merge, meta data, advance language analysis. We should create/recreate a set of data/information by following those rules. It will be more qualified information, instead of today's information overflow.

Imaging you can always get accurate information and in return providing same high qualitity information. That will be wonderful right? I am ready for paying that.
