How to manage multitask without geting stressed?

It has been dramatic in last few weeks. At home we are prepare for moving, get the driving license, Lea is sick often due to an infection in one of her teeth. At work, organization changes, consolidation of co-location, Office365 migration and a numbers of new releases and new hire. Amount of thousand other things. I did a retrospect recently and I believe I learned one or two.

  1. Always be positive, help yourself by making none sarcastic jokes.
  2. Forgive and forget, we are all human and we do misstakes.
  3. Help your co-workers to understand the goal, rather than push them forward to the goal
  4. A healthy potion of family, friends and sport activities.
  5. Wait! I mean do hesitate to start resolving the problem. Technology can only resolve a small potion of the real life problem.
  6. Keep your Inbox small or empty, it is OK to tell people that they have to wait or you will get back to them in 1-2 weeks.
